Appointment Confirmation & Information

Thank you for booking an Online Consultation with Signed & Sorted Estate Planning.

This is a full consultation (usually around 60 – 75 minutes) via Google Meet where I’ll take your detailed instructions for either your Will, Powers of Attorney or both.

To make the most of our appointment time, I would be grateful if you could fill in my initial client questionnaire.

Please also take a look at the relevant guide linked below; there is one for each of my services. These contain information about your appointment including documentation you may need to have to hand and useful suggestions of things you might like to consider prior to our meeting.
